i believe the punishment system is being handled completely Wrong & here is why DISCUSS

First & foremost id like a RIOT employee to respond to this thread, I would enjoy the community to please contribute to this discussion maturely and in a constructive manner. Lets keep this post active & near the top, Lets keep the discussions regarding these issues clean & constructive.

Ok, So This post will be going into detail covering a lot of things i have noticed wrong with this game since the start when i began playing it, These problems are only getting worse & worse not better so there for it is safe to assume whatever is being done to fix these issues, Isnt working. So there for lets take a look and review exactly why in my opinion, This game has the issues it has & needs to be resolved ASAP before this game self destructs from the inside out.

After seeing dunkey's video about quitting league and his reasoning, ( ya i know hes back, YAY ) It made me realize that even very popular streamers with over a million subs feel the same way as me. He was way more immature in how he handled it, But because he has a lot of viewers and videos RIOT responded to him right away. Even though in his situation it was blatantly obvious that he was getting trolled in games causing him to react this way because he was sick of having his time wasted at high elo or any elo for that matter, RIOT ignores that fact & punishes his toxicity, lmfao.

So anyways here we go, I have been experiencing a ton of trolls since your new reform card system and instant punishment system has been put into effect I have reported all of those incidents threw in game client, As well as sometimes VIA ticket with video proof as i stream. Yet none of these people who are in fact committing bannable offenses ( as stated by RIOT ) appear to be getting punished, AT all. i have received 0 reform cards to show anyone i have reported has received any form of punishment whatsoever.

I have now just encountered one of the most blatant, pathetic trolling incidents i have experienced in this game hands down. I will now explain. You know you need to maintain integrity in at least 1 of the non ranked game modes for people to practice for ranked, But that is another story all on its own.

The game occured on oct 12 2015 I played top lane kennen The game went as follows :

I was third pick, i asked for mid lane after someone further down expressed wanting it, I said I am sorry i will be playing mid lane yas this game i hope you get it next round, So then his duo partner who was second pick says he will be taking mid. I say ok, As i respect pick order. He then locks in katarina, I lock in kennen for top lane. The enemy then locks in vel koz and the katarina all of a sudden says shes going top doesnt want to play into a vel koz, I say sorry you have called mid, you need to play the lane you called as doing otherwise without the consent of the other person is a bannable offense as stated by RIOT on numerous occasions so please just play your lane out.

Champ select continues, The person who originally wanted mid lane, Locks in what do you think ? one guess RIOT ? Of coarse, Mid lane yas, A completely blatant bannable offense not to respect pick order. But do these people seem to be phased from doing it at all or fear your punishment system in any way shape or form ? no they dont. So after i warn them what they are about to do is a bannable offense they make it pretty clear they dont care, AT all.

Then we get into game, The katarina comes up top & forces duo top with me / spams dance & tries to be funny / cool the hole game while only coming off incredibly childish and immature. As i continue to warn them what they are doing can and will get them banned and asking them to stop.Yasuo is in mid lane where katarina should have been intentionally feeding non stop as well as the katarina. Our lucian was stuck bottom with no support due to the yasuo locking in a mid laner when we needed a support.

3 peoples time for upwards of 30 + minutes was completely pissed away and wasted. I myself like to use draft mode for practicing for ranked, you tell me how can i achieve any level of usable practice when people behave like this in over 60% average amount of games played & think it is OK to do this in draft mode games ? You RIOT, have dropped the ball by not saying what certain modes are for what style of play, What i mean by that is If you want to play out of meta & fuck around, go team builder where people have a choice, Otherwise it should be looked at as intentional feeding or trolling. As these people know god damn well others dont want to put up with it, But will force it down their throats & then get giggles out of reporting the people who complain about it.

The saddest part of this is that you RIOT the company in charge of maintaining integrity in this game For some reason refuse to see through this blatant exploitation of your report system or simply care more about the people reacting to the problem Than the problem its self. You need to make a very RIOT sponsored sticky post exactly detailing what is to be expected in terms of behavior and what is and what isnt acceptable in each of the listed and available game modes.

Team builder - Go ahead & play out of meta picks, Different lane set ups, Why in this mode ? Because people have a fucking choice before they get stuck into a game with 3 people top witch will cause anyone to rage who is actually trying to learn or practice an aspect of this game to improve before headed into ranked.

Normal draft - Should have the exact same set of strict rules as ranked & be a complete re-creation of the ranked experience only non ranked format, As the title of this mode implies, Unfortunately because you as a company have never stated what modes should be used for what, You have people who come into draft norms simply to troll, Then get angry at you for asking them to stop calling you a try hard & that it is "only norms"

you yourself RIOT are to blame largely for this mentality among people in your game & there for responsible for the toxicity it creates as those who want to learn and improve can use common sense and understand what this mode should be used for & those who are immature, young & shouldn't be playing this game period have learned that they can troll in this mode, Pick dumb shit & grind reactions out of people who get angry for having their time wasted only to be reported by these trolls who are the ones wasting it, ONLY to have RIOT take their side in the reports.

Again handling the reaction, Not the cause of the problem. I think you people are the first professionally run company to use this backwards ass approach to handling and sorting out situations within your community or game.

Ranked draft - Should be incredibly strict rule set to the degree that you get caught beyond a doubt trolling intentionally or auto locking a lane someone else called, You should lose all ranked privileges for upwards of months. You want to know why ? Because you RIOT, Are not these kids parents. What other company gets their community to take it up the ass while nothing changes or improves with quality or integrity of games under the guise of "reform" No companies do it, You want to know why ? Because its not the companies fucking job, You want to know what your job is ? To provide a fun game filled with as much competitive integrity as you can offer, As it is a ranked competitive game after all to those customers who seek it & there for pay for it and support your product.

It is NOT your job to try and act like parents to these kids who are simply to young to play this game period & handle it in a realistic manor. Ranked needs to have a one and done policy end of story, Anything else is an excuse for you to not have to ban as many people as you know you would have to, In order to TRULY effect change in this game & clean up the amount of trolls & people who simply get pleasure out of wasting other peoples time.

your customers who actually want to play your game properly & in a mature fashion, Should be your top priority. What i mean by that, Is catering towards them & making sure the games they play are completely void of any type of douche bag childish idiot who didnt get his way so its time to be trolled and taught a lesson by a 12 year old to give him what he wants every time or this is gonna happen in your games ! Or simply put, Someone who watches streams & is young and impressionable and think they are being funny by emulating streamers who troll and do dumb shit to get laughs in their twitch chat.

But instead what do we get ? what do us customers paying tons of money following the rules & praying daily that this game will begin to improve & stop following the trend of continually getting worse & worse the more mainstream it gets ? We get RIOT spending money on hiring people who have PHDs so they can figure out basically how to fill a void these kids parents have failed to fill, They are trying to learn how to reform "internet kids" Instead of trying to make sure none of them squeeze through into ranked & destroy the game from the inside making it virtually impossible to enjoy or go one day without encountering someone trying to troll & be funny / current. Does this you know, Get through to you RIOT ? Id love to see RIOT LYTE respond to this thread & explain to me how hes right and im wrong and what their doing is uber cutting edge and epic great in every way.

Do you realize just how ass backwards & absolutely insane this is ? You are spending so much money in R&D basically in effect catering towards the cause of the problem in your game. trying to learn how to not have to ban them so you can continue milking money out of their moms purses. If you truly wanted to enact change & provide a competitive battlefield with integrity at all elo levels, You would not be doing what you are doing & the only solid explanation that fits, Is out of pure monetary gain reasons.

Blind pick - Get rid of it, Spawns & creates bad habits in new players.

Anyways back to the game in question. The katarina & yasuo continued to feed most of the game intentionally when they were not they where intentionally stealing CS, Trolling around the map spamming emoticons. Once I warned them what they where doing will be punished & banned if reported, The yasuo bought a targons to try & mask the fact he never went bot he never supported our bot lane lucian & he never intended to. There for indicating he knew exactly what he was doing was wrong & is trying to hide it.

So end of game, After all this was done so incredibly blatantly the katarina has the balls to say she had done nothing wrong because she didnt swear, So you realize these people are playing you as a company & using your stupid ass backwards logic & loop holes regarding what is punished and what isnt, To completely get away with this behavior & there for feel untouchable by reproach & there for continue to spiral the amount of people doing this shit, Further & further out of control witch is exactly why this game is getting worse & worse and more trolly the more mainstream it becomes.

Even though they forced their way into a duo top lane stole CS spammed emotes & fed intentionally, In their mind they think that is OK and they wont get in trouble for it. Because you as a company do not care AT all about the cause, All you care about is the effect & how it can ruin your games image. You people are more willing to punish those who react to absurd / childish / selfish / immature behaviors in game that ruin games & waste peoples time witch are the true problem & reason for toxicity in your game, You are more willing to punish the poor people who have had enough & stand up to these people.

You punish one end of the cause & effect relationship yet leave the one that everyone in your community wants you to deal with untouched, The cause its self. There are way more games ruined by people intentionally feeding & being trolls to try and be funny than there are people criticizing others mistakes.

I know you guys are gonna turn out some horrible company rep copy and paste responses to this, Even though i have put considerable amount of time to put this all together in a very obvious logical post detailing exactly why these problems exist and how they are being handled incorrectly. So why dont you guys surprise me ? you are gonna tell me im wrong anyways, So please get RIOT LYTE to respond to this, The person responsible for all these decisions and systems, Let me hear him explain to me exactly how what im saying in this post is wrong & that what RIOT is doing is right, I await your response.

Also I await the response of reform cards concerning these two players in question & if they dont get punished, I want to know & have it explained to me exactly why what they did was considered a non punishable offense & why you wont be taking any action against it ?

Here is the icing on the cake, The game in question I spoke up against these people and really kind of put it in their face that what they where doing is incredibly immature / pointless as well as childish and embarrassing. Of coarse RIOT in true RIOT fashion, Reacted faster to their reports of verbal abuse than any actions committed by these people BOOM chat restriction.

So these people who force duo top, Steal away lanes & dont respect pick order know exactly what they are doing & that it will upset people, They then wait for those reactions & report the people who they pissed off while they sit there & laugh, Being this obvious RIOT STILL !!! fucking backs those reports & doesnt go well hmmmm why did this person lash out why did this person say those things ?

Nope they instantly target the reaction and punish that, These people know this and exploit it continually basically able to do what they want & sit back and wait for people to lose it and when they do they report them Those people get in trouble & the trolls just keep on trolling.

I would be very happy to see a RIOT employee respond to this thread as i feel it details a lot of very serious issues within the game & I want to see exactly how you player behavior "experts" feel about this, RIOT LYTE im looking at you, Respond back to this & be a man. I cant wait to hear your explanation on this one.
