Looking for a SERIOUS team ( Top / Mid )

So I am back at it again one last time looking for a team. Every time i have done this in the past they either pitter out really quickly, Or never really form and get going in the first place. I am looking for a SERIOUS team that is going to enter tournaments, Practice & play regularly together. I work from home so my availability is pretty much whenever I feel like playing, I am in GMT.

I was peaked at gold 1 last season in plat promos, Failed them lost motivation came back and dropped to S2 before the season ended, Got placed in bronze and have almost got my self back to gold now, All the while building up my champion pool & focusing on mastering a set of new champions all together, I would say I am back to as good as I was before or a bit overall better.

I am looking to get recruited for Top / Mid
