Why do RIOT treat people so fairly who intentionally look to destroy the integrity of ranked

I will keep this short, I honestly think RIOT should List the names in a wall of shame on the forums so players can see activity in the player punishment, Fuck the privacy of a cheater / boosted player, Or elo booster. They should be put on display to detour people & to prove to your paying player base who respect the integrity of the game that something is actually being done.

You take to nice of an approach towards people who seek out to ruin your games integrity & fun factor for their own personal gain

There are enough people voluntarily confirming the system functionality by posting in this section for me to feel confident in it. There's really nothing gained by keeping a running list of all banned accounts.
