Fioras and scripting

How common of an occurrence is it to run into a scripting Fiora in normals? Is over half the Fiora players you see scripting? I swear whether I purposely hold onto my ultimate or use it early, there is the parry, 100% of the time. It is to the point where I just duel the Fiora the whole match to see them land that parry always. The biggest offender is when I Lee Sin ult, so is the ability just that easily telegraphed or is this a sign of scripting? I am honestly curious because I am super salty about this right now lol. item 3070 item 2050

There is a small delay for Dragon's Rage but unless you are intently watching Lee it's quite hard to predict, unless you know when the person playing him will use it.

I've had that with lots of fioras. I've even played her and i dont understand it. I'd play garen - who's KIND of predictable (the actual animation i mean not running up and pressing q)- but landing your W without fial every single time? idk man. people told me to fake them out, so i'd try. I'd q, run up to them, then hit the minion right next to them. nothing. I'd q, run up to them, get just in front of them and then turn away. still nothing. One time i even flashed in with my q on into melee range and they still would do nothing. but the second i ult, or actually hit my q? you better believe they hit that tiny microscopic window spot on. maybe im just garbage. but this same thing happened with a few other champions i tried too.
