Why don't people build rf like this

Ever since I tried tf I became a tf main. But I noticed something about tf, which was that other ap mids are able to burst people earlier than tf. I realized that tf has too many core items ( lich bane, ludens, zhonyas, etc.) And that I was getting Rabadons quite late into the game. My build is: rabadons>sorc boots or lucidity boots>lich bane>zhonyas>ludens>void staff. Sometimes I'll switch zhonyas and ludens if I feel like I don't need the armor. With this build I do a ton of early damage and when a LeBlanc all inned me I retaliated and killed her (she had ludens and sorc boots I had rabadons and sorc boots). Maybe it's just because I'm low elo and don't farm as well as higher elo players but this build is really strong and I don't lose much by not rushing ludens or lich bane because I run moves peed Quints. Do you think this build is good or bad? Are there better options? I really appreciate feedback.

Tf is taken for good waveclear and map control with his ult, not 100-0ing.

Previous poster is right. Building straight AP hurts TF's waveclear, making it harder for TF to roam and put pressure on the map without being punished for it.
