baddies need to be punished

ive had far too many games where im not doing good and my teammates begin harassing me. ive only seen the message popping up saying the player was punished 3 times, yet i have reported well over a hundred toxic players. i encounter an extremely toxic player once in every 4 games, and riot should do something about it. i just finished playing a yasuo game where i had tons of deaths and my team was harassing me. they then said they would report ME for being toxic. riot should implement harsher punishments because i cant just mute every player in every game. players should be afraid of being toxic not having a slight possibility of being punished. i can honestly say for someone who has anger issues and has been on various anger controlling medications that riot isnt doing enough. i used to completely harass and be super toxic at others in league, and said some horrible thing i only ever got chat restricted once and wasnt afraid of flaming someone who made a mistake, because i only got a small punishment once and i had a toxic spree. i used to harass other players and have only ever got punished once, which is far too little. if i was punished properly . i no longer do this but i see too many others that do. we need riot to make punishments more harsh, so others dont commit the same offence. this community is filled with toxic people, and the most toxic of players dot even know that they are whats making league toxic. i can honeslty say that almost all toxic players dont realize they are toxic. i also see myself sometimes getting mad at others but i try my est not to, yet always get a report warning that someone reported me, because i opposed their toxicity. tl;dr riot need to do more to stop baddies and punish them harsher.
