As title says. I only started playing since Rek'Sai release, and the two I can think of is release Camille and one patch where Xin Zhao would heal insane amounts ridiculously fast.

1374341 votesNo, Eve was at first pretty strong, then they purposely dumpstered her (stunning from stealth is OP, who knew?) to near uselessness, then they (eventually) reworked her.

Darius, well. It was a different time. Less mobility, less damage. Darius could and would get to you if you weren't careful, and his instant Q would punish you for the slightest misposition. Not to mention his overall damage was way overtuned on release, and his E would suck you back in even if you dashed out of it.

Lux was pretty bad on release. They had to redo her splash art to incorporate make up because she was so ugly and her neck was weird.

Yorick was considered bad upon release, as was Riven. I think they both got hotfixed buffs (Riven definitely, can't remember with Yorick).
