Can we start a petition to get rid of random adds?

Seriously, someone should get a petition going that states if we get 100 or 1,000 or however many signatures it takes to get Riot to disallow add requests from anyone who you haven't played with before. ffs. Tired of all the spam bots trying to add me and shit.
