[CLIENT][GAMEPLAY] Skin "Reset"

So, there is this EXTREMELY prevalent issue that has a lot to do with your skins 'resetting'. It's not as if they disappear, or you have to rebuy them... it's that the client itself makes it impossible to use them. You'll choose your skin, you have it selected. You're PUMPED! ... Loading screen crushes your dreams. No skin. Where'd it go?

Can we get this checked out and fixed?

yeah ive had this issue before it mainly happens with skins ive bought recently it tends to stop after a month but its still annoying

Got the same problem with my recently bought skins. No problem with the ones I've had for a long time now. It's super annoying, too.

I demand to be able to use Dunkmaster Darius and Eternum Rek'Sai without worrying about the skin resetting!
