new player experience changes suggestion

i really hate that everyone is leaving league, and everyone else is afraid to join, and this mass exodus of content creators even makes it harder. i think riot should come out with a new “new player experience”.

when someone makes a new account give them the option between “new acc” and “smurf acc” with no penalty for choosing smurf other than they will be matched against other smurfs rather than against actual new players. this would help everyone, fix the smurf problem by supporting it and Maske it much smother for an actual new player to join the game without getting flamed to shit about being bad. also have smurfs optionally tie their smurf acc to their main acc, again with no penalty, so they get slightly more fair matchups

secondly, get rid of 0-30 experience, it only breeds unfair situations and the solution above can replace it. not having a good runes as your opponent is terrible as well as when they have keystones when you don’t so just make everything available for the new players to experiment with against other new players.

thirdly, to kickoff this change, give all players the basic champions (450s) and runes. he’ll at this point with so many fkn Champs and how rich riot is they could just make all Champs free so everyone is on the same play field. but at minimum, the 450s and some other basic champions that are easy to pick up so new players have something to start with instead of starting from scratch trying to collect 131 Champs without spending 100s of dollars to catch up which is a daunting task i still haven’t completed after 6 years of playing. your getting started curve is FAR too steep. PICK A NUMBER AND STOP MAKING NEW CHAMPS, or make them all free. the hole is getting deeper and deeper with each new addition.

and to keep the massive amount of casual players around as much as i hate to say it, you should probably permanently release urf. it will not replace rift for competitive play and for a lot of people it’s the only game mode they’ll even play anymore.

other than that i think riot us doing ap good job on everything else soon as they fix dinamic queue. which i think could literally be solved by limiting groups to 3 and bringing back how ranked teams worked. and our making dynamic 4-5 man queue a completely separate queue.

keep updating Champs ppl love and those players will come back too.

toxicity in league has been reduced dramatically from what i noticed, but the game is just not fun without friends who can also enjoy it with you. but it’s just too damn difficult it is to get a new person to play the game because of the overwhelming amount of sit you need to do before you can even be considered competitive.such is why more ppl are turning to dota and hots.
