Champion Selection Organization
I have this issue, because i have a somewhat large champion pool that i like to play, i cant always find the right champion i want to play and end up settling for a default champ in top lane like Renekton, because there are too many champions to look at that i could possibly go with for a lane. such as for mid i like to play ad/ap assassins but i also have several mages i would like to play but cant find them quickly enough for consideration, and they are in several different my different choices are in different roles so and the timer is ticking down and i have to choose quickly so in this sea of champions i own, i zip down to a default pick that is Ziggs because i can play him and hes easy to find. i wish i could ONLY look at my potential mid laners or top laners. the only role that really doesn't suffer from this is adc because all of the options are marksmen, where as a support could be classified as tank or support or even mage, so searching only support in the search bar doesn't let you see all your possibilities and not searching them leaves them hidden in an ocean of assassins brawlers and mages. this probably mostly effects junglers as a jungle could be just about anything probably with the exception of marksman. how can we be expected to pull out something new when we got all this clutter of champions that don't fit in the role you're choosing to play?
this is why I'm suggesting the ability to organize your champion select screen and personalize it to show only the champions you play in the position you play them in. this would probably work much like the custom item sets, where you make a block, title it, for example, mid, then drag and drop all your champions that you play in middle lane into that block, and that's how it would show up in the order you make it after bans at the champion select screen. this may promote playing less common champions that aren't exactly the flavor of the month, and will allow you to see every champion that you enjoy playing, at a glance rather than having to dart through the alphabetical order, or searching several different roles in the search bar. everyone has those champions they regret buying because either ya suck at them, or they just don't fit your play style and you want to get them out of your way so you can see the champions you do enjoy playing.
it may not be a first priority, and some may argue that it not necessary, but if they don't wanna use it they don't have to. this is a convenience i think would be helpful in making the game more accessible and more players might be willing to mix it up with their selections. as a side note, this also goes toward 4 of the 6 design values. Mastery: it allows players to quickly access champions they play and may even reduce time spent in champion select, allowing them to practice these champions and get better at them. Teamplay: reducing the time it takes to pick your champion leaves more room for communication with your team and choosing what champion fits the teams needs. clarity: allows you to see everything available to you quickly and easily. Evolution: it allows players to see more options for the role they are playing and may cause some players to pick something new and interesting, that could change the game forever. ya never know.

as a side note it would aso be awesome to set specific rune pages that you use for one champion. :P
addition as a response to a comment when i posted this in the feedback board: its not about being lazy. its making it accessible and easier for everyone. searching multiple roles for what you want cause your not sure what to pick takes time and you dont have much of that in champ select. especially if you want to communicate with your team. with this you could scroll down to the list of your possibilities and then just communicate with your team to see what it needs, and have more time to see what you have already. not everyone has the skill to absorb a whole lot of information lightning fast, such as what your team has, what your opposing team has, and what your team needs, then quickly make a decision as to what champion best fits those needs when everything is in alphabetical order, rather than organized so you can see your options at a glance. you already dont have a lot of time to pick a champ, why not make it just a little easier on those who arent so proficient. again its not something everyone NEEDS but can you tell me you wouldnt use it? everyone has their own way of organizing things, and some people go crazy if they dont have organization. i personally lean slightly towards the latter. i need to organize things for me to be able to keep my focus.
