About Previous Harrowing Skins Patch 6.21

So I heard Patch 6.21 is happening tomorrow morning. After the server maintenance gets done, I finish installing my patch. Then, when I log in will there be all the harrowing skins from 2010-2016 in the shop (Ravenborn My Wife)? Or is it coming out few days later....

all Seasonal skins are Legacy (Harrowing, Snowdown etc...) so they will definitely come back every year for their respective events
