For me i would give enemy kill for every time he uses the global Q. Believe me maybe the hack is OP but that hack cant stop a full fed enemy team from taking turrets in less than 10 seconds each. You have him at your side this game, you get him the next. Think about it before you jump happily for getting a free win .

An easier solution:

Stay in your own base, and when he walks to get mana stand in his old spot. Body block is a thing.
