So what can you do?

I just started doing ranked a couple days ago, placed into silver 1 (Wahoo!). Now I am worried I may lose the rank do to my inability to hard carry my team in roles other than support (top/supp main). So my question is what can you do in situations where you have a major lane bully top lane (I was against illaoi eww) and both bot and mid are feeding like crazy. I look to tp bot lane but the problem is they are constantly dead before I get the chance and my lane opponent is constantly on my tower. I am hoping for a helpful post besides the typical "welcome to Hel- I mean ranked." I would really like to get gold before the season is over as my mmr is around there anyway.

EDIT: just a quick note, my first death was from their Jax tower diving me under nexus turrets lol I found that pretty hilarious because he got shut down for it.
