I bought Disruption Cache and it didnt gave me a Blueprint

I already own various Projects skins including Yi, the Disruption Cache gave me Project Yi's Blueprint. I used the Project Cores but it didnt gave me the Blueprint it gave me the Skin shard to a skin i already own. :/ Is this a bug?
