leave a ranked game? 24 hour cooldown. next is 7 day. then implement new ones. troll pick intentional lose a game? 7 day ban and demoted if you play ranked. i honestly think this game is too lenient and too worried about language than players actually ruining the game because sure if someone talks alot i either dont look at chat and play or mute them but when timmy is duoing mid because he doesnt want to go anywhere else as last pick or intentionally feeding i cant really stop that now can i? #focusonthegamesnotthetalkriot

how can riot know he trolled?? what if you are disconnected because the game is laging?? i would love to get a 7 day ban because ritos server are shit... // get better at the game stop blaming your team8s and climb

i dont play CS:GO that much, but if for some reason you get disconnected can you come back into the game? granted im sure CS servers are better than Riots, but there are always server problems at least once in the games lifetime! heck the way riot deals with disconnected players are already bad. if you leave but come back you get hit with a leave buster, so by that logic this person would get a 24 hour ban because they left the game according to Riot.

About troll picks i dont think you can blame one person if this team game. how exactly would one know if say someone picked Teemo, and they were doing well, but other lanes fed, or the other team just had a better comp/CC? it wouldnt be fair to hold one person just because you dont like a certain champ/item build.
