literally anyone who says this should get instantly perma-banned. cyber bullying has been a thing for a long time and some kids take it seriously. killing yourself isn't a joke. you don't respawn at home or get a do-over. it's just literal game over. don't say this to people.

Done and done. Riot already does this. Granted, first is a 14 day but same thing.
Riot's not a fan of instant bans for anything that isn't easily able to be proven as deliberate action that actively undermines the core system (which, as it's a game, would be gameplay). This pretty much locks that down to account sharing and scripts/hacks.
For things like this, Riot uses the next-best thing in their system - a 14 day ban.

No one takes it seriously, especially not kids whoa are the main propagators of telling people to kill themselves. and while it is not a joke, it is not any worse then anything else people can say to one another.
