This gets announced a little too late for me, because apparently it counts towards people who just got a chat ban for absolutely no reason at all, I'd also like to point out that I got reported for verbal abuse while on my random chat ban. Considering I couldn't type anything.
But as it stands, my opinion is that I'd risk a free mystery skin, since i'm more than happy with the skins I currently own, in order to defend myself from people telling me I have cancer.

I got a warning because I asked enemy if they were going to surrender...they need to fix reporting system.
No one gets a chat ban for no reason. I know from time to time I get a bit mouthy in my games, yet I have never been banned or chat banned for it. It happens after many many reports. So to put it simple, you aren't as innocent as you are trying to make us believe.
