Make New Champion Abilities Mandatory

Everytime a new champion is released, make it mandatory for people to read the abilities, I died 11 times, 7 of which were me ulting in a teamfight to save a team member, and what did they do, they walk away from Tahms ult and then come back after im dead. Normally id be fine with me being the only death, but don't come back. Hes been showcased for 3-4 weeks, 2 weeks at minimum, that's plenty of time to read up on his abilities. Don't sit there and tell me you don't know what he does, don't play this game if you can't keep up with new champion releases, or bother to read up on them, the worst part is, hes on the front page as soon as you login, or click the store. Are people really this ignorant? I expect this kind of stupidity out of Bronze, but out of Normals where people are clearly smarter, come on now.

Majority of people don't even bother looking at most of that stuff. They learn from experience. It comes with the game man.

People see a new champ and go, "I'm playing the hell out of him when he comes out", they spend the time grinding the IP to get it instead of doing research. Considering that is what most of this game is anyways, grinding IP for runes, champs, pages, etc, etc.

Tahm's ult is interrupted by damage so I don't see how you could pull that off in a teamfight. If you didn't know that then maybe you should stop yelling at players for not understanding a champ that you yourself don't understand.
