Normals

Why is it that there are way more trolls in normals. 75% of the normal draft pick games I go into are people spamming there role. Once it gets past mid night in my time zone its worse. I can't even play late at night without knowing there are trolls everywhere. I had someone say they were going Katarina bottom lane...I think its unfair that someone trolls in champ select then you have to dodge so you don't lose.

I thought that you could get punished for doing this? How come when someone gets reported like 3 times in ranked they get punished. Then they get reported 15 times in normals and nothing happens.

I wrote down a players summoner name and check his history quiet a lot. 25% of his games he goes 8 lich banes on morgana! Why aren't people like this punished when playing normals??
