The Lower Priority Queue

Alright, this is the first time in a long time that I have left enough games to put in a lower priority queue, due to the fact that life was happening and I made the mistake of starting a game when I couldn't finish it, but still, should the first ban really be 20 minutes? That seems a little extreme, and I totally understand why they put in the system, but 20 minutes is insane for the first offence, just take a look at it pls, and don't hate on me for it.
