Galio, Rumble, or Lissandra?

Lissandra seems fun and has alot of utility and cc. Rumble and Galio are tankier but can still do very well. Seems like liss doesn't do well or carry often, atleast doesn't make huge differences rather than Viktor or another AP caste. Galio and Rumble have unique, tanky, AP kits. Galio is mana hungry tho and Rumble has heat management which can be hard. Also who has better skins of the three? OR OR ??
