Why?
Because she does more damage Way more mobile.
And E actually does something.

I don't hardly play Twitch and I still think that it's bullshit.
Kalista's E is so much better in every way.
i do agree with you, however i must point out that the stacks for twitch's e do damage over time and eventually your opponent would be taking enormous amounts of damage every second if there was no limit.
i love twitch, but ya he is pretty weak now after all the nerfs compared to most adc's
