I think that they do a good job of marketing themselves and how the game and events look but I think they they move balance along far too slowly and they tell their lore slower than harry potter which if they dont want to do it they might as well scrap overall lore but keep champion lore but 2 years to tell people that azir revived isnt gonna keep anyone attached to the game while if a big lore event was on the fb page every 2 months you could pull people back in who leave or just forget to play for long time
