Low priority que

I signed in today and tried to play a game only to be greated with this low priority que thing. the wait was for 20 god damn minutes and I have to do this for 5 games. I got this penalty because my computer had a mid life crisis and would crash every time I tried to reboot it. How is this in any way fair. The last time I was placed in a low priority que was around 4 months ago, so you're telling me that this system doesnt reset after so long?
