bad leashs

so i main jungle and i like to start the main buff and instantly go invade my enemies main buff since by the time i get there they and the buff are low, once every so often (usually when my bot is duo) i get a really bad leash, im talking like my adc autos once and my support autos twice. and they always give the same excuse that they will lsoe lane if they give a better leash, what i dont get is 1. if you give 4 autos you can make it to lane and get all the cs 2. since i do this almost every game ive had decent leashes and my bot always does fine. 3. what would my gromp leash be then? 2 autos? i get that the meta now is gromp or krugs start but its really frustrating that people cant adapt and think its an insta loss if they give a real leash. remember back in the day when everyone started blue and bots made it to lane just fine. or if we go real back in teh day when mids would auto it once since leashing was different, ah those were the days.

I feel your pain. I usually start gromp/krugs when I try that level two invade because, if I start a buff, sometimes my enemy jungler has already cleared their buff by the time I get there.

Still, leashing blue/red means you're going to take 5 extra seconds to get back to lane, which means about 3-4 less autos. As is, leashing Krugs/Gromp means you get to lane just as the first minion is about to die. Leashing red/blue all the way means a significant disadvantage because you will miss 2-3 cs and lose any possibility of level two advantage.
