Ok, so I've been seeing this little guy in bot lane every once in a while, and it usually turns out good. However, I didn't notice how effective it is (from looking at op.gg).
So sorry for not being up-to-date, but where did this idea exactly come from (although Im not going to be surprised if its from Korea/LCS, but I still want to know) [slayer-jinx-wink]

Let me tell you a story.... Once upon a time there was a very mean little boy named Riot. Riot loved playing pranks. One day Riot woke up and said "fuck adc's". He giggled to himself as he planned the assassin rework and laughed while watching one adc melt after another. Then one day a man came and he was disgusted with the things Riot had done. He said "no Riot, you will not play with the lives of the adc's. I will destroy your meta". Thus the ziggs bot lane was born.
Also, I can't confirm but I read somewhere that it was shiphtur.
