Custom Categories in Champion Select

I typically main "fill" in ranked, and enjoy playing a lot of different champs. Due to this, it can sometimes be hard to think of what I want to play for a particular role, especially if I have to quickly decide. Other times I simply forget about a champ that would've worked better in a certain matchup or team comp. What I think would help a lot for this would be custom champ categories in champion select.

The idea is for you to be able to name your own categories, and sort your champs into each one. I'd personally want at least one for each lane/role, and also a preferred bans list. For example, you can select your "support" list, and choose from all the champs that YOU know how to play well.

If there were a high number of possible categories, maybe I would sort them even more specifically. I could have AP/AD, mobile/immobile, squishy/tanky categories. Perhaps the best option is to allow you to "tag" each champ with many categories. Then you could select multiple categories to only see the champs that are in all of them you selected. For example, I select "mid", "ap", and "mobile" to narrow it down to champs like Kassadin.

Some sort of custom sorting in champ select has been my most wanted feature for League for quite some time. I believe that such a system would improve my personal champion diversity, counterpicking ability, and team comp creating skills. Riot, please consider making a system similar to this to help those of us that don't choose to main a few specific champs.
