My friend wins too much

My friend started playing lol, but he wins way more then I do, I beat him in 1v1s and play a lot better than him but he just wins more, why is this?

It's possible that he's learning the basics of the game (which you haven't learned yet). Alternatively maybe his MMR is lower than his true skill level and he's still rising to that.

It's entirely possible to be better mechanically in a 1v1 than someone but significantly worse at the game. I've been beaten in 1v1s by silver players, but does that mean I wouldn't stomp them on summoner's rift? Of course not. SR is a team, gold and objective based game. Mechanics are important but they're definitely not the most important thing.

theres the thing, He plays Darius , Sion and those champions while i try to master Vayne and Leblanc mechanics, when I posted this I hadn't played much attention to the champions he played, what you brought up about MMR is most likely correct, thanks for clearing that up for me!

What does his choice of champions have to do with anything? Choice of champion has far less impact in low Elo than knowing the basics of the game. I can beat a Bronze Vayne with Soraka or Urgot or whatever you care to choose.

By the way, if you duo queue with him or whatever then it's possible that his true skill level is above yours and when you duo queue you drag him down, allowing him to win harder against the people in your skill level when he's solo.

Sion and Darius are noob crushers, he plays against mostly unranked and bronze players, darius and sion cant be beaten unless you know how to beat him, thatbis what I mean

You can crush noobs just as easily with Vayne or Leblanc (particularly Leblanc) as you can with Sion and Darius. The same amount of effort can go into learning any of those four champs and you'd still crush unranked/bronze players. Stop blaming the situation on others and start looking at yourself for ways to improve.
