Snowdown Shop: Won't let me get skin

So the first one I clicked, I could buy Challenger Ahri, but it won't let me (saying there was an error it couldn't process), so I bought another of my option skins and it worked fine. Just 2 clicks. But everytime I try to get the skin I actually want, it says try again. I relogged and nada. I sent a ticket to Riot, still no response. I get that she's coming out in Jan, but if she's in my snowdown shop, YOU DO NEED TO BE GOOD ON YOUR WORD.
