Solution to fix afk/leavers problem

Hey all !

So you know, the problem of afk/leavers is very annoying, also if it happens on a ranked game. if it happens, we just report them for leaving the game /AFK. But I think this is not very efficient, because they are 3 types of afk :

--> They guy with a wood pc/connection that just cannot connect to the game because of techincal issues --> The troll who just want to make his team have a bad game to make them rage ( unfortunatly , it works ....) --> The rage-quiter: he thinks he's the only one doing good in his team and first of all flame them when they do a bad move, and then say "noob team, I am done I go afk " and then rage quit.

So here is my propostion to solve the problem :

-->Add an option : flamer AND Intentionally leaves --> An other option : Afk for techincal issues

I think the option flamer AND intetionally leaves is the most important problem, because when we're doing a ranked , and a guy starts flaming, then afk, you cant report him for these 2 options. Of course this option is more punishable than the techincal issue' one.
