Garen is just as strong in lane as pre-rework, and scales much better
Morde is unreliable and I don't want him on my team, especially since he suffers from the same syndrome as other ADCS, yours is shit and theirs just one-shot your mundo

That's my standard ban set, sometimes I change it if I just had a scarring experience.
There are champions I'd ban if they had a higher play rate but I don't because it's normally a wasted ban so I'll put champs I'd ban assuming people are going to play them:
