Black screen is way too overpowered, but he is way too fun

He used to be the most powerful champion in LoL, until he took an arrow to the knee. Now his brother, "Windscreen" is the most OP champion, even more than Mr. Super Swag, Rammus.

He sucks at giving you a grey screen. Needs baffs.
