Can I get banned for it? If I can get banned for it, then I'll remove it.

Note- It isn't a script or a program, it's editing a configuration file.

Note 2- I wanted to ask riot, I didn't want to get downvotes for this. Is league community really this bad?

Is it not a setting in the game? why would you get banned for that?
