Can I get banned for it? If I can get banned for it, then I'll remove it.
Note- It isn't a script or a program, it's editing a configuration file.
Note 2- I wanted to ask riot, I didn't want to get downvotes for this. Is league community really this bad?

King of BM1 votesThe setting in game allows you to bind it to one key and non-simulated keys, so if you bind mastery emote to Q, your q skill will be required to change the keys.
What Im saying is -You bind mastery emote to q
