I think the Juggernaut patch was a terrible thing. . .

Well, no. Apprehensive, sure.
My view of "Juggernauts" is simply giving unkillable tanks damage. Tanks were meant to get in there and absorb damage and live, but Riot has said time and time again that they don't want tanks to be able to deal damage because there wouldn't be many flaws to strengths. Health, cc resistance, damage, armor, insane scaling. There is almost no downfall short of range. That is even fixed with some of the new items that have been released.
I don't think the "Juggernaut" patch should have been in season 5. It's way too game changing. Especially towards the end of the season. I would have been more accepting of their push towards something big like this had it been a preseason change, and we were able to get accustom to it and see what the season had in store for us, but that's not what happened. The season's gameplay developed in a direction and then Riot dumped this steamy pile of caca on us and said "This is how worlds is going to be." It was just too sharp of a change in meta too quickly, in the middle of most players' final stretch elo climb.
I think "Juggernauts" bring a great addition to the game, but not like this. It's forced and incomplete. We have to use our already extremely limited bans to prevent the unbalance that has been placed upon us while we wait twiddling our thumbs for patches to come through and try and smooth it all out.
tldr - Bad timing Rito. Bad timing.
