The Crystal Scar for Custom Games "suggestion" and reaction by rito

Riot Games support, when asked "Is removing The Crystal Scar justified?" said "Post this shit on the boards, we don't deal with your BS questions here at support." or something like that.

Feb 25 So I was wondering how removing The Crystal Scar is justified. There were a lot of problems that Riot admitted to but can't we keep the Crystal Scar for custom games that we play? The removal of the map entirely was never justified.

We understand that you like to play the dominion game-mode under custom games. I would encourage you to post your suggestion on our boards. Although I am not able to handle feedback reports here in Player Support, Riot Games has established a set of boards for our players to be able to submit their feedback and advice. Rioters check these post every day for suggestions and insight directly from our community.

So I posted it on feedback, where they told me to and then I got this right after

I think its suffice to say that I am indeed salty about this response from them. Why not remove the fucking "Questions about League of Legends" section from support altogether. I am indeed salty about this. I did not have a suggestion, I came looking for answers from Riot Games support and this is the first time they have absolutely refused to answer a question of mine, without telling me that they won't answer it. Usually, they say something like " can't give you information on that subject" or something like that. This is fucking stupid.

I was not making a suggestion, but now that I'm here. Lets have some fun!
