So...where's the new Akali skin?

The patch happened a while ago. Xin got his skin. I'm waiting to snipe the Headhunter Akali skin, but it's still not out. Is it going back to the cutting room floor? Bug testing? Is it going to become the next Scorched Earth Renekton? I'm really looking forward to it.

It's been over a week since the patch hit and I've been waiting weeks longer, I want this fabulous new skin already!
