Please change back the Arcade Poro icon, the surprise change is horrible (1495 RP bundle exclusive)

The arcade poro icon was only available in a 1495 bundle. This was my favorite icon, and I'm really disappointed in what they changed it to. I'm not sure if I still would have bought the pack if the icon was what it is now.

Riot, please change this back. It's not right to alter things like this after people already paid for them.

To clarify, I don't want a refund and I'm not here for sympathy RP. I just thought this was a really cool icon, and doing massive changes to icons people paid for is a bad precedent. Skins I can understand, but this has no effect on gameplay...

It pretty much got blasted out of GD within a day or two without any Red activity, someone suggested posting it here instead. And I don't consider my point made unless a Red comments on it.

That would be fine, tbh I'd never touch the new one though and haven't really found even one person who prefers it.

If you like the icon, and thats the only way to get said icon ... then yeah some people (like me) would buy the pack. ofc I would have prefered to just buy the icon for 250 rp but it wasnt available separately. This is why people are unhappy with the sudden drastic change from the icon that was advertised, the icon we looked at to determine if it was something we wanted...

yeah if it had looked like this new hot mess I wouldnt have bothered buying the overpriced pack. I want to know why the hell they changed it why didnt they either give us both versions, or refund the rp an icon costs (250 rp) and why have they ignored this issue??

tldr; this isnt the icon I paid for.

But... I don't get WHY you'd spend that much RP for just an Icon. That's a waste of money whether the icon is changed or not. You just spent enough RP to get a really nice skin just for a crappy icon.

The icon was the deciding factor. I bought it to get overpriced mission tokens, but the icon I felt justified the purchase (because I liked it so much).

Doesn't seem like riot actually cares (I don't understand why they can't just give us both versions as an apology for changing it after it was released), but I would have definitely NOT bought the mission line for this overly bright hot mess.

What it feels like: Buying a game online and receiving a title other than the one you ordered. Sure you could go to the trouble of paying for return shipping and hoping the company will honor your order.... but you just want what you were expecting when you made the purchase. Just because they're both 'games' doesnt make them not completely different.

I like the detail on the old one but the background color on the new one. Someone just thought 'ok time to pay more respects to our origins. Let's change this look from 24bit to 8 bit.'

I don't really care though. I won't buy it. :P

I agree the new one looks washed out and awful. I paid extra money for a bundle to get an exclusive one of a kind icon that I really loved. By changing the icon months after its release is false advertising and the only solution is to change it back, give players both icons, or refund them.
