Why constantly hit Elise?

This is a legit question. I would like to know why Elise is constantly getting nerfed when she isnt even doing anything. I keep seeing patch after patch with them always doing something to nerf her but the main problem i see is, hardly anyone is even using her. I havent seen anyone use elise for the past week or two and i definitely dont see her being used in LCS, so why constantly hit a champ over and over again when she is pretty much useless since a few patches ago and hardly anyone that i have seen are using her?

This makes no sense.

Last time elise got nerfed was July 2014. She got a small buff in 5.1 and another small buff this patch. The reason she got nerfed a lot (Which was almost a year ago when the nerfs stopped coming) was because then she was one of the strongest junglers out there.

So your post makes little to no sense.

Huh?

The current changes are a very slight buff.

They increased her speed as a spider in exchange for a slight drop in her movement speed as a human. This should be pretty much a wash as Elise usually moves from place to place in spider form, so she'll be faster there.

They also sped up her stun projectile so it will be more likely to hit what she aims at and a bit harder to dodge.

In all, it should help Elise just a little.
