At the time of writing this I am currently one of the slowly growing number of Honor 3 players. I opened my first capsule today and got 5 key fragments. I now have an all-time low of 7 chests sitting in my hextech crafting inventory.
I can now look forward to maybe one day having 0 chests without having to spend money on keys!
