Let's Talk Ranked For A Minute

As a semi-casual LoL player, ranked is continuing to get more and more frustrating due to trolls, afkers, feeders, and people who generally don't know how to play. What I wanna propose is a KDR requirement to play ranked. Before we hop on the "oh my gosh that'll only make the community more elitist" or "you're just a frustrated bronzie" trains, let's consider some factors. There are people who legitimately don't know how to play ranked, and that's okay. So instead of punishing them for not having a good enough KDR they can simply play Normals until they pick up the skills required to play ranked, namely being able to fluently play all roles. Also, another thing I want to point out is that I'm not saying "Well this guy went 1/7 this game, so just ban him from ranked." Rather, I'm saying that people who are consistently below par in games should be encapsulated by this method. Also consider that making a certain KDR commitment encapsulates trolls, feeders, and afkers, as they constantly have negative KDRs.

My last Vi game that my team threw I went 9/7/15 while my team was 10-15 kills behind overall. My last Nasus game I went 2/2/3 while our Garen went 2/8, our Draven went 3/12 and our Teemo went 2/6. To be perfectly honest, I'm considering quitting ranked altogether because it doesn't seem fair to have to cope with people that, in all honesty, shouldn't be playing ranked, while I'm trying to go further in my series.

I'm not saying this plan is foolproof, I'm just stating that ranked needs to be fixed somehow. It needs to be a privilege to play competitively rather than a "Hey I'm level 30, let's play this mode." Summoners who aren't serious about advancing their skills shouldn't be able to punt games and series for those who take ranked seriously.
