Who is the big guy with the claws? At first I thought it was nocturne with how he appeared, but I don't know.

It's the Brambleback. It made the Brambleback spawning noise, has the forehead rune, has a gnarled mass of branches on its back, and it has a red glow.

I've seen a lot of people ask this question. Not directed at you, OP, but how** THE HELL IS IT THAT HARD TO SEE?**

Malphite maybe. It's definitely not Dragon.
