Control Saving

So back in the day, League used to save your controls into the computer itself. I swapped accounts with a friend of mine to try out Jhin (In a bot game, as to not ruin someones day) and my personal controls were being used by him. When was the swap implemented? This ruined a perfectly good game for no good reason.
