Remember when you guys disabled 
and 
for a time? I had no idea why and still don't, same goes for devourer. I'd like to know what the bug was, so I know why you disabled it, not just "It's disabled because reasons". Pet peeve of mine, but letting us know would be nice. Thank you.
Riven was because she had a 0 second cool down on her Q and there was a time before that when she would allow Syndra to throw the Barron. Zed was because he would gain gold and xp from all the minions on the map and would level EXTREMELY quick. Devourer is disabled because you could buy the devourer, get it sated, and then sell it to buy something else, but you'd keep the passive of the Sated Devourer and have ghost hits.
Edit: Usually you can just do a quick search of the boards to find out, so like right now: Search - "Devourer" Time frame - "Past 24 hours"
