Why is Riot so against a sandbox mode?

redniwediS2 votesI don't believe they are against it anymore. A lot of people brought up a lot of good points and I think they understand why we want it now.
I just don't think it's on any to do list they have at the moment. It's a "maybe sometime in the future" sort of thing.

redniwediS1 votesAnd how old was that post? They initially were against having it in game, and were never going to add it. Now they are not against having it in game, however they are still not working on it anytime in the foreseeable future.
