Are we forgetting something? (skins)

With the release of the commando skin line live, and the upcoming arcade skin line giving the champs an ever expanding skin line (= 8, = 9, + = 10, and adding their 7th skins, Minus chromas) While these skins are great additions to see, I feel that a few champs have been left at the wayside, moreover being , ,and. Looking over past trends of the usual release for their 2nd skin of newer champions, it tends to occur 4-6 champ releases later or ~ 1 year past their release date. And with getting his 4th skin, albeit championship, it is still a skin nonetheless.

Which is a pain to see when skins are a direct response to play time ( etc...) when was good he was broken, and never really getting a footing, while is seeing some decent play in lcs and nothing is added for the players that play these champions regardless of how good/bad they are.
