I'm well aware. Milking males' nipples is a longstanding source of humor. The movie in question just happened to take it a step further since bulls have no udders. Much like humans, both sexes have nipples, but only the females have the "bags of sand," as Andy Stitzer would say.

Since City Slickers 2 has been around for years before LoL existed, it was the first and strongest instance of that humor in my memory. Thus, every time I see or hear that Alistar quote, I think of that scene.
