End of Year good behavior reward Idea: Virtuous Skins

OK so we all can agree that a once a year reward for never earning a punishment is a good way to motivate players to behave,

I also think we can agree that a random reward isn't really fair, some neutral jerk like me should not get a 975 RP skin for a champion i don't mind playing, while some player who manages to keep his team smiling through a loss with their encouragement and friendliness could get a 520 skin for a champion that they stopped playing after a rework,

So here is my idea, take the oldest Victorious Skins, say the oldest 4 and recolor them black and gold, call them Virtuous Skins, and at the end of the year those who met the criteria can pick one as long as they own the champion it goes to, if they don't own the champion then they can wait to redeem until they buy them,

If a player has never had any disciplinary action over their entire play history they get a 2nd Virtuous token, rewarding those who have spent years being well behaved even more, each year the next oldest Victorious skin get's a recolor and added to the list, Players who earned them would thus have the original for at least two years before a recolor was released, maintaining the prestige of the originals,

If a player receives a disciplinary action they will lose access to all Virtuous skins until they are deemed reformed,
