I'm curious about this as it seems her new ULT is a Activated mode could she draw her dagger to indicate that it's active? or for her critical hit animation? something? cuz it's always bugged me that she never used the dang thing,

You have to understand that she is a duelist. Like a fencer, she has no reason for the dagger
