Dynamic Queue??

So I really haven't been wanting to play ranked for the fact of Dynamic Queue being down. Like how much longer is it going to be down for? I'd rather lose with friends knowing we did our best than with randoms who don't like to contribute to team comps or plays yanno? It's more disheartening to lose with people you don't know and don't quite synergize with.
